Question 1. Which currency the prices are in your website?

Answer: The currency are in US dollars.

Question 2. How long will it take to receive my order?

Answer: We ship within 1-2 days after receiving your order. Any delay will be informed to you in time. Any orders placed over the weekend, (After 3:30 P.M. on Friday, Saturday & Sunday,) will be shipped on Monday. Most orders take 3-7 days for delivery. On rare occasion we may have an unexpected delay on an order. If this happened with your order, you will be immediately informed by email.

Question 3. How can I know my order status?

Answer: Once we send the bags, we will give you a tracking number, with which you can check your order online. We are also keeping an eye on your bags until they reach you.

Question 4. What shipping method do you use?

Answer: We send order via air-express like EMS 、TNT、UPS. & FedEx . We also offer air parcel. It will be cheaper but slower.

Question 5. Are the handbags authentic?

Answer: Although all bags are replicas, they are of high quality and conforming to one standard as the authentic bags.

Question 6. Do you sell retail or wholesale?

Answer: Yes. We sell single bag and purse as well as bulk purchases. Sample orders acceptable, no option of color.

Question 7. Do you have custom other designers handbags or purses?

Answer: Yes, just tell us about your requirements, preferably with pictures. We will contact you for further discussion.

Question 8. How do I place orders?

Answer: You can place your order via email. Write to contact@bag3plus1.com. Indicate which bags you want, with product number, quantities, preferably with pictures.

Once we receive your order, we will check the stock for you and send you an information about the total costs. If you agree, you can make your full payment via Western Union or bank transfer. We will send your package once we get the money.

Question 9. Do you charge impost?

Answer: We don’t charge impost. We don’t carry duty on any damages or loss during shipping. However, buyers can pay for insurances before shipping.
